CHICELY offers custom-made or custom-designed wedding dresses, evening gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and prom dresses. 

What is the process? 

Step 1 Email us at info@chicely.com, and we will set up an initial consultation.

Step 2 I will provide A design file, and a price will be given to the customer.

Step 3 Once the customer confirms and pays for the dress.

Step 4 Dressmaking begins! We keep our customers informed throughout the process.

Step 5 We will send you a picture of the final dress; if everything is good, it will ship to customers.

About the Designer

Ms. DeBoer is the designer and owner/operator behind the CHICELY brand. Ever since she was a child, Shirley was fascinated by all the beautiful dresses that a girl from her neighbourhood wore. But there was a problem, and her family was poor. She always got hand-me-down clothes and sometimes didn’t even have enough food to eat. Finally, when she was 13 years old, her mother saved up enough money to get a dress made for her, and It was one of the happiest days of her life.

Her dream was to be a fashion designer one day, so she could make all the beautiful dresses she never had the chance to wear herself and bring joy to her customers’ hearts.

As well as making stunning clothes for women, Shirley donates some of the profits towards disadvantaged children, so they don’t have to go through the pain of hunger that she experienced. She achieved this dream in 2019 when she started up her online brand, CHICELY.com.
